Alpiq developed different tailor-made customer portals for each client using various technologies, the idea was to create a single customer portal where all the clients can be migrated, having all the digital services in one place improving the user experience, usability, accessibility, and integrating a refresh of the brand and updating the technological stack using Angular in the front end.
A selection of the features and the use cases to be present in the app, a roadmap, stakeholder research, user research, analytics measures, and the analysis of the previous solutions were taken into consideration as sources of information to elaborate the design.

The UI of the app was designed using a design system made in Figma, this set of components where useful for the developers to understand the specifications of the interface, and to create consistency.
The information architecture translated into a clickable prototype, and helped the developers and stakeholders to understand the navigation faster, we have made usability testing over the prototypes and discovered many pain points that we have been able to fix.
The team organized using Agile and the documentation in Confluence we use co-creation and collaboration in the process of adapting the features designed to the technical possibilities during the development process.
