The company developed a web-based software suite for the installation, usage, and management of EV chargers.
My role was to enhance usability, user experience, and accessibility across the software, while integrating the brand identity. I led the redesign and creation of a new MVP, working with a team of developers to track the installation of electric chargers from car purchase onwards. This application was integrated into the EV sales processes of Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz.
My work was oriented to UX and simplification of the complexity in the processes, diagraming processes, understanding touchpoints, redesign UI and adding new features, making wireframes and prototypes based on requirements.
Research methods used
Information Architecture
User Interviews
User Personas
User Journeys
I elaborated on 4 different research processes at the same time, interviewing all the stakeholders involved in the processes, from sales to It architects, project and program managers.
The 4 apps were to bring support to the processes in these 4 subjects:
The customer service app is accessed via QR code in the electric chargers, it contains a FAQ section, it has an ecommerce integrated to buy more electric chargers a FAQ, Troubleshooting, Manuals, and access to technical service.
